Email list growth

Turn website visitors into an email list you own.

Rented lists shrink the day they arrive and a signup form catches almost no one. ReachTheVote.com asks every visitor first, and each yes lands on your email list as a verified, enriched contact the same day. Campaigns, PACs, and agencies grow a list they own from traffic they already paid for.

Step one is a free scan of your site. No pricing talk, no pressure.

Cartoon of the politician watering a tall paper list that grows out of a flowerpot like a beanstalk, each line holding a small drawn face and envelopes sprouting like leaves; grey silhouettes pass a garden gate and the ones who step through become drawn people adding new lines.
Every yes is a new line on the list. The list is yours.

Growth

Rented lists shrink. Grown lists compound.

Every visit you already paid for becomes a chance to add a supporter.

A rented list is somebody else's audience on loan. It decays from the first send, and every name on it heard from three other campaigns this week.

A list grown from your own traffic works the other way. Each visitor who says yes is a person who cared enough to show up, gave permission on the record, and arrives with party, giving history, and address already attached.

The list gets longer every day the site is live, and it is still yours on Election Day and the cycle after.

Cartoon of two garden plots: on the left the politician holds a wilting potted plant whose envelope leaves blow away as grey silhouettes drift off; on the right he tends a thriving tree whose envelope leaves each carry a small smiling face while the auditor gives a thumbs up.
Left: borrowed and wilting. Right: rooted and growing.

Ledger

Two ways to add supporters. Only one of them is yours.

The differences show up in the send stats.

A grown list takes longer to reach ten thousand supporters than a rental takes to buy. It is also the one still worth sending to in November.

Every supporter on the list comes with the whole card.

Not a bare email address. A record you can segment, send to, and prove.

Questions we get first.

How fast does the list grow?
It tracks your traffic and your consent rate, and it adds supporters every day the site is live. Run Scan My Site on your domain and the report estimates your monthly visitors and how many of them would become named records.
Do subscribers know they signed up?
Yes. Nothing runs until the visitor clicks yes, and the question says plainly what happens next. Every record carries its receipt, so a future complaint has a timestamp and a page to point to.
Which email tools does it feed?
Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Constant Contact, and other list tools by native sync, plus Action Network, NGP VAN, NationBuilder, Salesforce, and any CRM by API or webhook. See Apps.
Is this still billed per name?
Yes. You pay once for each consented, verified record that is delivered, at the same usual and normal rate as every client. Visits, declines, and records that fail verification are never billed.
Can I export the list?
Any time, in full. The list lives in your tools from the first day. It is yours, not ours.
