Privacy policy.
What we collect, why, and how you stay in control. Written to be read.
Who we are
ReachTheVote.com provides consent-first supporter identification to political and advocacy organizations.
What we collect on this site
If you run the free scan, we store the URL you enter and the scan result. If you give an email, we use it only to send your copy and to follow up about a pilot. We do not run identification on our own visitors without consent.
What we collect for clients
On a client's site, identification runs only after a visitor consents on the banner. We record the consent event, the identifiers needed to match a record, and the record delivered to the client. Each client's data lives in its own tenant.
Voter record data
Enrichment comes from licensed partners under their terms and applicable state law. We do not resell raw voter records.
Your choices
Opt out at any time on our opt-out page; the request applies across our network. You may also ask what we hold about you and request deletion.
Sharing
We share data only with the client who collected it, with processors under contract, and where the law requires. We never share one client's data with another and never sell personal data.
Security and retention
Encrypted in transit and at rest. Scan data is retained for 90 days; client records per the client agreement.
