What does a receipt prove?
That a specific visitor saw a specific question on a specific page at a specific time, under a specific policy version, and answered yes. It is signed, so it cannot be edited after the fact.
Who can see a receipt?
You, in your tenant. Not other clients, not us beyond operating the service, not anyone else unless you export it to them.
What if a visitor opts out later?
The record is removed from delivery and the receipt is marked withdrawn, with a time. The proof of the original choice stays.
Do receipts satisfy CIPA and state privacy laws?
