The commitments we make and the ones we ask of you.
Commercial vendor
We sell services at our usual and normal charge in the ordinary course of business to political and non-political clients alike. Nothing we provide is a contribution.
Consent-first operation
You agree to run identification only behind a compliant consent banner. We will not run it otherwise, and we may pause service if consent capture is disabled.
Data siloing
Your records are held in a dedicated tenant. We do not combine, share, or model across clients.
Acceptable use
Records may be used for your own email and advertising programs in compliance with applicable law, platform rules, and consent obtained. No resale of records.
Founding pilot terms
Pilot terms are set in writing before install and locked for future cycles as stated in your pilot agreement.
Termination and deletion
Either party may end service with notice. We delete your tenant data within 30 days of termination unless you ask us to export it first.
